LARP Guide is the bastard brainchild of Charlie. Initially the idea was to produce a quarterly print magazine, but it turns out that print is pretty dead, deadlines are often missed by miles, and selling stuff is Charlie’s idea of a horrible nightmare. So digital it was then. You can read more of her writing on photography here, on her PhD and art history here, and everything else that doesn’t fit somewhere else here.
Turns out that even if you’re a dab hand at writing, you can’t write a whole website about a subject you know very little about (although the journey of a newbie is exciting, right?). So Charlie recruited Leah (who was already writing an excellent blog called Mandala’s Minion) and the rest, as they say, is history!
And so with a little help from some friends we’ve been posting on a semi-regular basis to this blog. All ideas about LARP are welcome here (although it can’t be denied that many articles here have a pretty liberal slant) and if you have an idea for an article that you’d like to write then we’d urge you to be in touch!
